Nwakaeme shoots Trabzonspor to victory in 2-1 win

For the second consecutive match, BSNSports.com.ng reports that Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Anthony Nwakaeme put his name on the scores sheet in the Turkish Super Lig with Trabzonspor.

Nwakaeme joined Trabzonspor few seasons ago from Isreali Premier league side Hapoel Be'er Sheva and has since become household name despite playing out of positions on so many occasions.

He was the star man again on Sunday as Trabzonspor defeated host Rizespor 1-2 in the Super Lig.

Dario Melnjak scored the opening goal in the 23rd minute and ensured that the take the lead into the half time.

The away side returned as the better side in the second stanza and their dominance paid off in the 73rd minute as Alexander Soerloth netted the equalizer.

Nwakaeme fired the winning goal in the 90th minute and Trabzonspor secured 3 points in the encounter.
