  NWFL Super Six:  Commissioner Of Sports Showers Cash on Rivers Angels By Sampson Adedeji Following their superlative performance in the match-day 3 of the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League Super Six, Rivers State Commissioner for Sports, Boma Iyaye, has given the team cash reward, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Rivers Angels on Thursday afternoon defeated their counterparts Bayelsa Queens 4-0 and placed themselves in a position qualifying for the West Africa Football Union competition for women. Addressing the team after the game, Iyaye hailed the players for their commitment and doled out a cash reward of Three hundred thousand naira (N300,000). He also promised to give more if they defeat their next opponent, Edo Queens and also qualify for WAFU tournament on Sunday.
