Head coach of Kaduna Queens, Aminu Shuaib has disclosed that his charges are ready for their week two encounter against visiting Sunshine Queens of Akure this Wednesday, 31st July at the Kaduna Township Stadium in one of the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) fixtures of the 2019 season.

He made this known when he addressed newsmen at the club's training ground ahead of the week two cracker and call on every meaningful stakeholders and lovers of the round leather game in Kaduna to come out in their numbers and get behind the team in other to spur them to victory.

"We are ready for Sunshine Queens after we suffered that heavy defeat away to Bayelsa Queens in week one of our debut season in the elite division.

" We have put that behind us and the confidence level in the camp is high. The only way we can be comfortable on the log is to win against our more experienced opponent which is exactly what we have perfected and by the grace of God, victory is non negotiable on Wednesday.

" I call on every meaningful stakeholders and lovers of the round leather game in Kaduna to come out in their numbers and get behind us.

When asked about the team's motivation since the season started, coach Aminu Shuaib showered encomium on the club's Chairperson, Hajiya Hadiza Ladi Yahuza whom he described as a mother and an inspiration to the girls.

"Hajiya Hadiza Ladi Yahuza is a mother figure who has given us virtually everything needed to motivate the team and it's only natural for us to reciprocate the kind gesture with results of our performance on the pitch of play," he concluded.

Kaduna Queens next away fixture is against 2019 Female Aiteo Cup champions, Nasarawa Amazons at the Lafia City Stadium next Wednesday.
