Ogunbote Meets Lobi Stars Players, Fans

Supporters of Lobi Stars FC turned out in their hundreds on Wednesday morning at the Aper Aku Stadium to catch a glimpse of the club’s new Technical Adviser, Gbenga Ogunbote, who was unveiled by the club’s Board and Management staff.

Ogunbote who appreciated the privilege accorded him by the club management said, “it is a privilege to be introduced to players, management staff and supporters of this great club by the Vice chairman.

“I sincerely give glory to God who made it possible for me to be here today. I do not have much to say, but my interpretation of a team is the coming together of everyone to achieve the set goals of the club.

“There won’t be any segregation or victimization of anyone. We must be fully committed from the board, management and players.”

Ogunbote revealed he has been sort after by this club for a while; since Dominic Iorfa was Chairman, but finally hopes to bring smiles to the fans.

During the unveiling, a minute silence was held in honour of Solomon Ogbeide, who passed on before the end of the season.
