Olatunji Bamidele Declares For Shooting Sports Federation Presidency

Navy Commander, Olatunji Bamidele has declared his intention to contest for the post of the Nigeria Shooting Sports Federation president.
This follows the September 30 date recently announced by the Federal Ministry of Sports for Sports Federations' elections .
The decision, the Navy Commander said was to bring purposeful leadership into the Shooting Sports Federation.
"I intend to bring purposeful leadership into Nigeria's Shooting Sports Federation." He told BSN Sports.
He continued, "I have embarked on two championships to demonstrate my ability and capacity to lead the Federation. I started off with the championship in Abuja which had security agencies and few selected civil service organisation. The championship produced one of the best events that the Federation has organised in the last four years.
He added, "Also in Asaba, we demonstrated to the World that the Federation leadership is about to take a new turn. And the leadership we brought exhibited the beauty in Shooting Sports Federation, during this championship in Asaba we discovered new Budden talents that we intend to bring up and develop the for the pride of the nation.
"By the time we come on board, we will be able to go to international tournaments and win laurels for the country." He concluded.
