Olayinka Equals Amokachi, Ikpeba, Aiyegbeni's Uefa Champions League Record

Nigeria and Slavia Prague forward Peter Olayinka has a debut to remember for his club on Tuesday after scoring for his club on his Champions League debut against Inter Milan at San Siro in Italy, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
BSN Sports can report that, with the goal on Tuesday night, Peter Olayinka has equalled a Champions League record held by Victor Ikpeba, Daniel Amokachi, Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Lucky Idahor after his goal in Slavia Prague’s 1-1 draw with Inter Milan on Tuesday.
Amokachi managed the feat on November 25, 1992 as Club Brugge pipped CSKA Moscow 1-0, and became the first player to score in the new format of the competition.
After Ikpeba and Idahor’s achievements, Aiyegbeni joined the exclusive list, scoring a hat-trick as Maccabi Haifa trounced Olympiacos in September 2002.
After a strong start against Inter, Olayinka’s Slavia Prague continue their chase for European glory when they welcome Borussia Dortmund to the Sinobo Stadium on October 2.
Olayinka joined the Czech based side last summer from Belgium Jupiler league side KAA Gent and has become a regular player for the club, BSN reports
Prague visited Serie A league leaders in the match day one of the UEFA champions league and was able to pegged back former champion.
It was Olayinka who shocked the home crowd in the 63rd minute with a sublime finish before Niccolo Barela equalized for Inter in the 90th minute of the encounter.
The goal ensured that Prague shares point with inter Milan in the opening day.
