Their number one target is Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu who has continue to attract attention across the Europe with his scoring prowess. Onuachu joined Belgium Jupiler League side RKC Genk in the summer of 2019 from Danish league side FC Midjtyland and has become household name in Belgium. Onuachu caught the attention of Lyon hierarchy following his performance this season in the league. The lanky Nigeria international top the scorers chat in Belgium having netted 19 league goals in 20 matches to place Genk in second position on the table.
