Ahead of the new Spanish Segunda division season, Nigeria's Super Eagles and CD Leganes defender Kenneth Omeruo continued to show a good form in preseason matches, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Leganes suffered relegation last season after the club failed to avoid the drop after losing to the eventual league champion Real Madrid.

Former Chelsea player opened the scorer sheet in the 4th minute on Saturday as Leganes defeated Eibar 3-1.

Rosales and Arnaiz added the other 2 goals as Quique scored the consolation for Eibar from the penalty spot in the 91st minute.

It's left to be seen if Omeruo will stay with Leganes in the new season or seek a move to other team
