By Admin Ogenyi Onazi has said he believes the heavy criticisms he has received following his below-par performance against England will only make him a better player. The Super Eagles assistant captain was hauled off after the first half as The Three Lions of England dominated the Eagles and led 2-0. “Saturday’s outing was disappointing from me and I know it was not the best from me due to reasons I could not lay my hands on, but it is a process one has to pass through to get better,” he owned up. “A lot of criticisms and lot of blames yes I know, but it can only come once in a while. “Criticisms can only make me better. “I can’t run away from it but to learn and get better.” He also thanked the fans who trooped to Wembley to watch the World-Cup-bound Eagles.
