Onuachu fires Genk to victory

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu was the hero on Thursday in the Belgium Jupiler league with his club Genk when he helped the club to overcome Eupen.

Onuachu joined the Belgian side last summer from the Danish league side FC Midtjyland and has since become a regular for the club.

Genk played host to Eupen and it was lanky Nigeria forward that decided the game in the 60th minute with a sublime finish.

Junya Ito opened the scoring in the 12th minute of the game and ensured that Genk the the half with a lead.

Onuachu netted the second goal on the hour mark before Jean Thierry Lazare reduced the deficit as the game ended 2-1 in favour of Genk.
