After an impressive performance on his debut for RKC Genk in the Belgium Jupiler league, Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu has been named Man of the Match in his team league game against Sporting Chaleroi, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

BSN reports that Onuachu netted the only goal of the game for Genk as they lost 1-2 to Sporting Charleroi on Friday night.

Onuachu put the host defenders on their toes throughout the keenly contested encounter and his aerial power also made life unbearable for Chaleroi.

He was adjudged Man of the Match after the game and his club congratulated the player for his heroic performance.
