Onyekuru Happy To Return From Injury - Latest Sports in Nigeria

After few weeks out of action due to injury and illness, Nigeria's Super Eagles attacker Henry Onyekuru has returned to full fitness.

The speedy winger few back agreed a loan back to the Turkish Super Lig giant Galatasaray from French Ligue one club AS Monaco, BSN Reports.

He joined Monaco last summer after the English Premier league side Everton was unable to secure him a work permit.

Joining Monaco was less fruitful for the star player despite making few appearances for the principality club.

He resumed training on Wednesday and was excited to be back with the club he helped to a domestic double last season

" It’s a blessing to be back doing what I love! 2020 started with little setback due to illness but I’m 100% now. Let’s get started! God is Good, he wrote.

Onyekuru was of part of the Super Eagles team that finished third at the 2018 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
