ORGANISERS PICKS DATE FOR ONDO AUTO RALLY

Fast growing Motor Sports organisers in Nigeria, Work and Play group have confirmed arrangements are in top gear to successfully organised the 2019 edition of Ondo state Auto rally in conjunction with Wuraola Golf tour, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The two days championship have been scheduled to be staged from the 8th - 9th of November, 2019 in Akure.

Top Promoter of the race, Mr Adeoye Ojuoko, disclosed that suggestions and feedback from observers in previous editions has resulted in upgrading this years event to high standard.

He confirmed there's going to be a new, more accessible layout, an entirely new category of exhibitors and fascinating new displays to delight spectators and keep them at the show all day until the show closes, including live music, a fun fair for all ages and other side attractions.

He also emphasized on the group commitments to ensure the races are in Accordance with FIA (world body governing car race) rules and guidelines while also confirming the support of the Ondo state government and other Major partners an Sponsors.

Huge cash prizes have been set aside for the top competitors while other Consolation prizes will be made available as well and apart from the motor race, Idanre Hiking Challenge will also featured in November's edition.

The streets of Ondo can look forward to reaping the benefits of Work and Play latest move in globalising his brand, with the impending 2019 season providing a preview of the entertainment ready to move in their direction.

Recall Work and Play hosted its maiden rally on May 27, 2017 in Shagamu, Ogun State where over 25 cars participated in the controlled rally and has since been taken to several parts of the country.
