Nigeria's Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala is on the verge of making history with Spanish women league side FC Barcelona Femini, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
Oshoala who is on loan from Chinese women league side Dalian Quanjian is expected to be in action later today when FCB Femini take on French side Lyon in Uefa Women Champions league final in Budapest.
Since moving to Spain, former FC Robo star has a vital player for the club with eye catching display coupled with fantastic goals.
If she get to win the trophy, she will become the first Nigeria female player to win the competition just like Kanu Nwankwo and Finidi George did with Ajax Amsterdam in 1995.
Winning the competition will motivate the skilful forward as she is set to join Super Falcons camp in readiness for FIFA Women World Cup slated for France
