Oshoala steers FC Barcelona Femeni to victory

Nigeria's Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala was the hero on Sunday as FC Barcelona Femeni defeated Sporting de Huelva 1-0 in a Spanish Primera Iberdrola game.

BSN reports that the former FC Robo attacker left the country in the course of the week after she led Super Falcons to a 1-1 against Cote d'Ivoire on Monday at the Agege stadium in Lagos.

Oshoala netted the decider in the 29th minute of the game and gave FC Barcelona Femeni their fourth win of the season.

The latest strike from Oshoala means she has now scored four goals in five league matches this season for Barcelona.

Oshoala is expected to continue her fine form on Wednesday when they face Juventus in UEFA champions league.
