Nigeria's Super Eagles and LOSC Lille striker Victor Osimhen has debunked rumour going around in the certain section of the media that he has agreed to join the Italia Serie A giant Napoli.

It was reported in the media Thursday that former Sporting Charleroi frontman has agreed a 5 year deal with Napoli, BSN Reports.

Osimhen on Friday morning clarified that there was no agreement between him and any club, he further advised his follower to rely on him for any information about his movement.

"The information regarding my agreement with Naples is false. I am surprised by these journalists who call themselves professional.

"I ask you to ignore these fake news on my account. When there is an agreement for my transfer, you will know it directly from me," he told Afrik-foot.com.

Osimhen who scored 18 goals for Lille in all competitions this season is still in Nigeria over the passing away of his father.
