Osimhen to undergo Lille medical this week

If everything goes according to plan, then Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will become a player of French Ligue 1 side LOSC Lille this week, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

The principality club considered for Wolfburg of Germany striker a potential replacement for Arsenal bound, Ivorian international Nicolas Pele.

Arsenal is expected to announce the capture of Pepe this week just as Osimhen will undergo medical at the club also this week.

Osimhen last season joined Belgium Jupiler league side Sporting Charleroi on loan from Wolfburg before the club secured his permanent acquisition from the German Side just before the season end.

BSN Spirts reports that the former Junior International scored over 20 goals for Charleroi last season and draw hosts of European big club attention but seems to have tabled a reason offer for the player.

If the materialised Osimhen will become third Nigeria players to represent the club after Osaze Odemwingie and Vincent Enyeama.
