When it seems the deal of Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen joining Italia Serie A side Napoli almost done, it went complex again on Thursday night as his former agent Jean Gerard Benoit Csajka threatened legal action, BSNSports.com.ng reports .

Nigeria international and Lille striker terminated the appointment of Jean Gerard earlier in the week after noticing anomalies in dealing with Napoli.

He appointed William D'Avilla has is new agent and he has swung into action to rectify all the abnormalities noticed.

Payment to his new agent is another matter that is being settle presently before the announcement and the date of the medical.
