Peter Olayinka captains his team to 2-0 home league victory to stay top of the table

  Super Eagles of Nigeria forward, Peter Olayinka was in action yesterday for Slavia Prague in their 24th league game of the Czech Republic Division against Sparta Prague at the Sinobo Stadium, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Nigerian star started the game upfront as the captain of the team after his incredible performance in their previous game, and he was able to deliver at the peak which was instrumental in guiding them to a remarkable two nil victory that placed them at the top of the table. The host in the game opened the scoring sheet in the 41st minute as Lingr gave them the lead to make it one nil which was the only goal that separated the two sides going into the half time break. The host were more coordinated in the second half as they put up some more dazzling displays but were unable to add more to the tally of the night untill the late minute to the end of the game, when Schranz was able to double the lead in the 92nd minute to make it two goals to nil at full time. The win for Slavia Prague means they now sit at the top of the table with 60 points in 24 games played and as such be hoping to keep the winning streaks going in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the competition. Peter Olayinka will also be looking forward to be back to his goal scoring form in their next game so as to continue helping the team as they keep their pursuit going in the current campaign.
