  PFAN Urges Coaches, Players Who Have Suffered Injustice To Come Forward With Allegations Against Clubs, Administrators By Editor Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria (PFAN), has called on coaches and players subjected to any forms of injustice by Nigerian clubs or their officials to immediately come forward with complaints backed by verifiable proofs. According to the press release on Friday and signed by Secretary-General of the body, Emmanuel Babayaro, the union will entertain complaints from 2015-2020 in the first phase of mediation. Complainants are advised to attach valid relevant documents or any irrefutable proofs such as written words, video and audio recording to substiate their claims to letters of complaints. All complaints should be sent to The Chairman, PFAN Welfare Committee, 6th Floor, plot 784A Herbert Macaulay Way, Central Business. PFAN disclosed that previously documented official complaints to the union have been forwarded to the committee and receiving attention, stressing that individuals within this category do not need to write another letter of complaint. The statement partly read: "The onus and burden of proof lies squarely on the shoulders of the complainant therefore, all complainants must provide irrefutable proofs to prove their case beyond reasonable doubts. The complainants must be male and female players and or coaches of professional football clubs in Nigeria. PFAN is poised to providing succor to its members by securing Justice and protecting their rights within the work space. The Union hopes to leverage on the existing cordial relationship with the club owners to make the process rancor-free, as incidentally both organizations share a common goal, which is, the development of the beautiful game and the welfare of players. The ultimate goal of The Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria is the welfare of its members. The Union will not rest until Justice is certain."
