Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina starred for all 90 minutes at right-wing-back for Torino who played a 1-1 draw away at Sassuolo in their Serie A fixture on Saturday,
Aina, a loanee from Chelsea, has been impressive for Torino this term, starting 11 of the 15 Serie A games he has featured in and provided one assist.
In another Serie A game on Saturday, William Troost-Ekong played all 90 minutes for Udinese who drew 1-1 at home with Frosinone.
The game was Troost-Ekong 17th consecutive start in 17 Serie A games for Udinese at the Stadio Friuli on Saturday.
Joel Obi watched from the substitute’s bench as Chievo Verona held Inter Milan to a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Obi has made 10 appearances for his new club so far this term, starting eight of them and scoring once. He played 71 games for Inter, scoring just twice.
Efe Ambrose made is 20th Scottish Premier League appearance of the season for Hibernian who played a 1-1 home with Livingston on Saturday.
In the English Championship, Oghenekaro Etebo was an unused substitute for Stoke City in their 1-0 home win over Millwall.
Semi Ajayi played all 90 minutes for Rotherham United who lost at home to West Bromwich Albion.
In Spain, Ramon Azeez made his 10th Segunda division start for Lugo who forced Sporting Gijon to a goalless draw. Azeez has scored twice this season.
Super Eagles’ goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho was denied his fourth clean sheet in his sixth start for Elche who played out a 2-2 draw at home with Almeria.
The 19-year-old, conceded twice (eight so far this season) in the encounter.
In Turkey, Lanre Kehinde came on for Youness Mokhtar in the 79th minute of Ankaragucu 3-0 loss at home to Goztepe. It was Kehinde’s eight substitute appearance.
