Sasere Franklin has stated that the point got against Kwara United in the Nigeria Professional Football League on Matchday 1 is a huge boost for Sunshine Stars, BSNSports.com.ng. reports.

"It's no magic, the draw came as a result of our hard work, dedication and the zeal to win the game at the Ilorin Sports Complex," Franklin stated.

"I feel happy we got a point against Kwara United, we could have won the game. Overall, am happy with our performance.

"This is a big boost for us, the morale in the team is high as we are now turbo charged. What the result means, is we can beat any team or get results away from home.

"Am certain that this won't be our last, as there's a new belief in the squad."
