Poor performance: Yobe Deserts gives Ngozi Elechi 3-match ultimatum

The management Yobe Stars Deserts has given the coach of the team, Ngozi Elechi, a 3-match ultimatum to win or face the exit door, BSNSports reports.

This was contained in a statement issued in Damaturu on Thursday evening and signed by the team's image maker Jibo Zakari.

“Yobe Deserts management has issued Coaching crew led by Ngozi Elechi a 3match ultimatum. This is was approved by the Club Managing Director Mallam Abdulrahman Ago, after an emergency with the club board members.”

Ago disclosed that "the recent results do not reflect the quality of the players the coach has in the team. I call on the coaches and the players to put in extra work"

"Win all matches or get fired"

"The coaches and the players need to sit up and work for the team to remain and maintain their premier league status"
