Basketball: D'Tigress defeat Mali, Qualify for final, Set For 2020 Olympic Qualifiers

Nigeria senior women Basketball team, D'Tigress continue their blistering performance at the ongoing Tokyo 2020 Pre-qualifying tournament in Maputo Mozambique after defeating Mali 74-59 in the semifinal match, BSNSports.com.ng.

The win means D'Tigress booked their ticket as one of the African countries that will contest for the 2020 Olympics tickets next year.

The Women AfroBasketball champions on Saturday defeated hosts Mozambique in the second group A game to secure Semifinal place against Mali.

D'Tigress on Sunday defeated Mali in the Semi final match 74 -59 and secured final spot .

Apart from qualifying for the final of the competition, the team have also secured a place to represent Africa alongside Senegal or Mozambique in qualifier finals from February 6th - 9th, 2020.
