Southampton vs Aston Villa

Aston Villa striker Danny Ings has scored in each of his last four Premier League matches against sides he’s previously played for in the competition (three against Burnley, one against Liverpool). No player has ever scored in five consecutive such matches in Premier League history.

Man United vs Man City

Ole Gunnar Solskjær has won four of his eight meetings with Man City boss Pep Guardiola in all competitions, the best win-rate of any manager to face the Spaniard at least five times (50%).

Brentford vs Norwich

Only Chelsea (15) and Manchester City (11) have had more different goalscorers in the Premier League than Brentford this season, with nine of the Bees’ 12 goals coming from different players (excluding own goals).

Chelsea vs Burnley

This will be Thomas Tuchel’s 30th Premier League match in charge of Chelsea. The Blues have kept 18 clean sheets since his first game in charge in January, four more than any other side, while only Jose Mourinho has ever kept more than 18 in his first 30 matches in charge in the competition (22).

Crystal Palace vs Wolves

Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira is unbeaten in his first five home league matches as Eagles boss (W1 D4), the first manager to achieve that feat in the top flight with the club.

Brighton vs Newcastle

Newcastle has failed to win any of their opening 10 league matches this season (D4 L6). They have never had a longer winless start to a league campaign. They last went more than 10 league matches without a win between December 2007 and March 2008 (13 matches).

Arsenal vs Watford

No player has been directly involved in more Premier League goals for Arsenal this season than Emile Smith Rowe, with five (three goals, two assists). The 21-year-old has scored in his last two PL matches. Only three players aged 21 or younger have ever scored in three consecutive PL appearances for the Gunners (Nicolas Anelka, José Antonio Reyes and Cesc Fàbregas).

Everton vs Spurs

In his previous stint in the Premier League with Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur's new head coach Antonio Conte was unbeaten against Everton (W3 D1), with his side keeping a clean sheet in all four matches against the Toffees.

Leeds vs Leicester

Sheffield-born Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has scored in each of his last five Premier League away appearances in Yorkshire, netting in two matches against Huddersfield Town, two versus Sheffield United and one at Leeds United. The only player to score in six consecutive Premier League away appearances in Yorkshire is Harry Kane between November 2014 and January 2021.

West Ham vs Liverpool

Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah has scored in each of Liverpool’s first five Premier League away matches this season, becoming only the second player to achieve that feat for a club after Thierry Henry did so for Arsenal in 2001-02.
