Primeira Liga: Adeyemo Benched As Vizela Return To The Topflight After 36-Years By Omolagba Oluwayemi Nigerian footballer, Oluwapelumi Emmanuel Adeyemo was an unused sub on Friday night as Vizela suffered a loss in their first Portuguese topflight match in 36 years against Sporting CP, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The former Tripple 44 FC of Nigeria star was promoted to Vizela main team from the youth team this year but could do nothing as he wasn't given the chance to kick the ball in the defeat suffered by Vizela. A brace from Pedro Goncalves (48', 64') and one from Paulinho (74') condemned Vizela to a 3-0 defeat in the hands of league champions, Sporting CP. The Primeira Liga actions continues on Saturday and Sunday with many Nigerians expected to feature from their club as the league makes a full return.
