Principal’s Cup: FCT FA Boss Splashes 500,000 On Fosla Academy, Partners To Produce Future Stars

Federal Capital Territory Football Association (FCT FA) chairman, Alhaji Abba Mouktar Mohammed has splashed five hundred thousand naira (#500,000) and also sealed partnership with Fosla Academy, champions of the maiden National Principal’s Cup.
This was made known during the presentation of the National Principal’s Cup trophy to the FCT FA boss by the players and owner of the Fosla academy, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi in his office in Abuja on Saturday.
Alhaji Mohammed commended the academy for winning the tournament and placing the FCT in the world map adding that he would partner with the academy in discovering and nuturing future stars to stardom.
“We at the FCT FA commended your efforts for winning the National Principal’s Cup and making the FCT proud, we would partner and support the academy in discovering,developing and promoting talents to stardom and also coaches.
Our doors are all always open to support the academy, we also appreciate the efforts of the former NFF president, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi for his role in developing grassroots talent in the nation’s capital.
On his part, the founder of FOSLA academy Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi, applauded the donation of the FCT Chairman, and also reaffirmed the academy’s commitment in the development of football among the FCT indigenes.
“On behalf of the management and students of FOSLA academy we appreciate the kind gestures of the leadership of the FCT FA, and we want to assure you that we will support your giant strides in the discovery and development of FCT indigenes in football and other sports” he said.
It should be noted that the Abuaj-Karshi- based academy showed class and superiority as they defeated Christ Comprehensive School of Kaduna 2-0 in final to emerge as champions.
