Other results saw Plateau Vipers and Owena Kings playing out a draw of 26 -26 while Lagos Seasiders defeated Prison Key Boys 31-19. Bornu Spiders got the better of Sokoto Rima 32-28 while Civil Defense outscored Kada Stars 30-23. For the women, Plateau Peacocks are just a point behind leaders Safety babes on the log as they did enough to defeat Owena Queens 36-27. Safety babes however threw away a 3 goal lead as they had to settle for a draw with Imo Grasshoppers 21-21. Kada Queens compounded the worst of Desert Queens who are last on the log standings of the league 32-15 while Seasiders babes defeated Abia Valianta 34-13 Also, Defender babes just all but got a narrow victory over Edo dynamos 17-16.
