Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifier: Ndidi Seeks For Supports For Eagles Ahead Liberia Tie Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the final rounds of the 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifier against Liberia and Cape Verde, Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is soliciting for support for the team, BSNsports.com.ng can report. The Leicester City player missed matchdays 3 and 4 of the qualifier due to injury he sustained while on club duties. Ndidi said after the team training on Wednesday that the players knew what they want but Nigerians must remain resolute in backing the team. "it's been pretty good seeing the players putting in work, we are preparing for the game. "We know what we want as players. We've corrected our mistakes but they should keep supporting us, we hope for the best, hopefully, we come out victorious," he said. Ndidi is expected to be in action when Nigeria face Lone Stars of Liberia on Saturday and Cape Verde a few days later in Lagos.
