After securing a passage into the group stage of this year CAF confederation cup the Team Manager of Rangers Ameobi Ezeaku has said their commitments and dedications helped the club.

Rangers progressed to the group stage of this confederation cup after the edged Bantu Fc 4-2 on aggregate.

Ezeaku while speaking with www.bsnsports.com.ng recognized that commitments and hard work helped the club.

"Let me say that is about the players, they knew they have to be committed, dedicated and resilient, he told Basic Sports in Nigeria (BSN Sports).

"And we are satisfied because we are in the group stage.

"You will recalled that will played against three tough opponents Defence FC of Ethiopia, USM Bees Abees of Algeria and Bantu FC before we qualified," he said.

The Nigeria Aiteo Cup Champion has been drawn in group B alongside Etoile Due Sahel, Es Sfaxien both of Tunisia and Salitas of Burkinafaso.
