Remo Stars defence stalwart, Owiecho Edoka has stated that the club is in Minna to claim the maximum three points, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Owiecho in telephone interview said despite the fracas that happened in their first match at home to Bendel Insurance, the team is ready for this season campaign in the NPFL and no stone will be left unturned in a bid to achieve their objective of picking a continental ticket at the end of the season.

The former Supreme Court FC defender said they are focusing on the match against Niger Tornadoes and are ready to follow the instruction given to them by coach Kennedy Boboye ahead of the match.

"Remo Stars are currently in Minna to play our second league match against Niger Tornadoes. We are here to get the maximum three points to be able to fight for the top slot of the league table." He told www.bsnsports.com.ng

Remo Stars are currently in Minna for the NPFL week 4 match against Niger Tornadoes who drew at home in week One against Rivers United before losing 2-1 on the road to Wikki Tourist FC at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi State.
