Report: Bayern Munich interested in Napoli’s Victor Osimhen

Plaudits have been coming thick and fast for the striker, who has been described as “unstoppable” by Walter Sabatini. Osimhen’s form has led to interest from abroad with Bayern Munich and Real Madrid both keeping a close eye on the prolific 22-year-old.

German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are looking at in-form Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowksi.

Lewandowski’s current contract at the Allianz Arena expires in 2023, and according to Paolo Bargiggia, the six-time European champions have identified Osimhen as the man to replace him.

The report also states that Paris Saint-Germain is also interested in Osimhen and that PSG could offer a swap deal including Mauro Icardi to land the Nigerian. Bayern Munich has also been linked to players like Chelsea FC’s Timo Werner, Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland, and Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic as potential Lewandowski replacements as well.
