....I dont Know How Much NFF Has Spent So Far But I know Work is Going On There....Demola Olajire By Niyi Busari Some weeks ago, www.bsnsports.com.ng reported that renovation of the Sunday Dankaro has begun. The NFF head of communication, Mr Demola Olajire, confirmed to BSN that the NFF will relocate to Sunday Dankaro house after the world cup, by that time according to him the renovation must have been completed. Few weeks after the report a reliable source hinted BSN Sports that the Nigeria Football Federation has spent a staggering amount of Four hundred million (N400 million) naira on Alucobond only. Alucobond is a metal which is fixed to cover the outer part of a building to beautify and change its colour. Findings on the price of alucobond revealed that it is sold for Fourteen thousand (N14,000) naira per square metre as at the time of this report. However, after several calls to confirm from the NFF, Mr Demola Olajire could not be reached because he was not picking his calls. Speaking with BSN Sports the NFF head of communication Mr Demola Olajire, through phone call when he finally picked around 9:00 pm on Wednesday, said: "I don't know how much NFF has spent on the renovation so far, but i know that work is going on to make it a worthy place for the NFF to relocate to after the world cup." Recently, it was revealed that the NFF has secured Super Eagles $2.8 million from FIFA which will help in a long way in making the NFF meet all the financial obligations to the players ahead of time. NFF president, Amaju Pinnick on Monday announced that the Super Eagles world cup allowances will be paid before their international friendly game against DR Congo next Monday.
