Rohr Contract Extension Depends On NFF - Chukwu

Former Nigeria's Super Eagles head coach Christian Chukwu has stated that it's only the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) that can determine the future of Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr.

The future of the Franco-german gaffer remained unclear despite the fact that his current contract will run down at the end of june, BSN Reports.

But the country football governing body earlier in the week confirmed that the whole thing will be settle soonest.

Former Enugu Rangers coach stated his own side while chat on Radio with Brila fm that if NFF found Rohr worthy then they should reappoint him.

"Well, If NFF finds him comfortable to work with because they are the ones governing our football, then I have no problems. So if they say Gernot Rohr is going to sign their contract and continue the job, good and fine," he said.

Chukwu was in charge of Super Eagles to 2004 African Cup Of Nations in Tunisia and the team finished with Bronze medal.
