Rohr Must Learn to Respect Nigerians Opinion

Rohr
ROHR MUST LEARN TO RESPECT OUR OPINION. ... He lives on tax payers money and it doesn't come easy. By Adewale Ajayi We have a track record of daring devils, poking hands into the eyes of stubborn gods and saying it exactly the way it should be said. Gernot Rohr has suddenly gone off lane and the earlier he is cautioned the better for him and his employers because soon, I mean very soon we will lead a campaign that will frustrate all his good works and rubbish his profile in the eyes of men. What was his sin? The media asked rather ignorantly, if the Franco/German tactician still has a space for rave of the moment Kelechi Nwakali in his 23-man world cup party, following his superb performance against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday in Uyo. Instead of him to speak with humility and leave the lad with some soothing encouragement, he threw caution to the wind and said, that the match in question, was more of an exhibition game played by men on holidays and that, it is never a good yardstick to judge or appraise any player. IMPLICATION 1. Rohr has succeeded in destroying the pride of Kelechi Nwakali and making the 19 year old feel less encouraged after all the efforts put in on Tuesday. 2. He has cleverly downplayed the achievements of his two assistants Salisu and Imama, by describing the the game on Tuesday as just ' ANOTHER HOLIDAY MATCH' This is arrant nonsense! When has Rohr suddenly become so arrogant to use such words to describe the efforts of a set of individuals who gave their all to impress on the day? Has he suddenly imagined himself to be a potential cult hero and now feels too important among men? Oh Rohr is so comfortable on 45,000 dollars a month that he now sees no man good enough from his comfort zone? Rohr should know, that if Nigeria is disgraced and sent packing in the group stage of the World Cup, then his mission in Nigeria ends there in Russia. He should go and ask Lars Largarback what happened to him in 1998. Is Rohr saying, that he is not aware that his scouts have since lost it? He thinks we are blind to their dirty antics? Mr Rohr sit up and wise up, we are more clever than you thought. Rohr will be so surprise, that those who loved him will turn around to attack him in the nearest future. Let's watch him beat Congo DR on Monday because failure to do that, will invite the pressure on him. He is suddenly behaving like, he is a super star whereas he is not better than the least Nigerian coach still alive. A defeat to Croatia in the first match of the world cup could spell doom for him and end his story. Same persons who once gathered around to praise him will return to mock him. The agenda will soon change. Perhaps the question then would be, since Rohr has failed to take us beyond the group stage, should Nigeria keep him or sack him? We must not forget what we did to late Shuaibu Amodu and Stephen Keshi before him. We shouldn't blame Rohr, rather , we should rebuke those who gave him excess powers. They should caution him, because the fate of this board will be decided by Nigeria's performance in Russia. Rohr and his journey men could end up sacking the board if things fail to work as planned in Russia If Salisu could put up a team that good in three days, it means the margin between him and Rohr is now drastically narrowed and soon, very soon, we may not need to waste 45,000 dollars monthly on a white coach when we have black men that can assuage our thirst with good football just like we saw against the current Europa cup champions, Atletico Madrid.
