Rohr Tips Rangers For Glory In CAF Confederation Cup

Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has tipped Nigeria’s representative in the CAF Confederation Cup for success in the ongoing continental competition due to the club’s technical qualities.

Rohr who arrived Lagos on Tuesday and also watched live the Nigeria Professional Football League match between host Mountain of Fire and Ministry FC and Rangers International hauled the two clubs for their impressive display in the match.

“I saw a good match between MFM and Rangers at the Agege Stadium yesterday (Wednesday). I saw a technically good team in Rangers who are playing in the CAF Confederation Cup.
“The first goal and the only goal of the match scored by the home team MFM brought Rangers problems. Also the red card one of Rangers players got unsettled the team.

“But I have seen enough in this match to know that this Rangers team is technically very good despite losing this match 1-0 to MFM FC. I will see the team again in 10 days in Enugu to have another good assessment of the team”, Rohr disclosed to www.adantesports.com.ng on Friday.
