Rohr To Miss World Cup Draws in Egypt - Latest Sports in Nigeria

Super Eagles Technical adviser Gernot Rohr will miss the 2022 FIFA World Cup draws holding today in Egypt, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

However, BSN Sports learnt that the Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Muhammad Sanusi, will represent the coach and NFF at the event.

Forty African teams who are drawn in four groups will know their group opponents on Tuesday 21 January, 2020.

The event which kicks off 19.00 (local time) will be held at the Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo Egypt.

The road to the Qatar 2022 World Cup is scheduled, such that the Second round group phase starts in March 2020 and comes to an end in October 2021.

While the Third round which will have the ten group winners drawn into five will play a two-legged knockout ties to be played in November 2021.
