Nigeria international Umar Sadiq earned Almeria a hard-fought 1-1 draw against FC Cartagena with his first goal in the Segunda Division on Wednesday,
BSNSport.com.ng reports.
Sadiq made his third league appearance for the host and played from start to finish for Almeria at the Estadio de los Juegos Mediterraneos.
The Nigerian registered his first Spanish second division goal in the second-half as he was favoured to lead Almeria’s attack and was a constant threat in the opposition’s area in all ramifications.
