Rio 2016 Olympic bronze medalist Umar Sadiq continued his impressive form in front of goal as he popped up with the match decider for the second time in less than 4 days to help promotion chasers, Almeria, to a 1-0 win at home to Real Zaragoza, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former Roma forward hit the target in the 59th minute to net his fifth goal of the season in 11 games.

That lone strike did go on to be the match decider as Almeria earned their 11th win of the campaign to move within just 3 points of leaders Mallorca after 17 rounds of matches.

However, the 23-year-old striker has had stints with Roma, Rangers, Partizan Belgrade, Bologna, Spezia and NEC Breda.
