Security Operatives Save Minister, Monarch's Lives In Ogbomosho

It took the intervention of security operative to save the lives of Minister of Sports and Development, Sunday Dare, Soun of Ogbomoso, his families as well as Chiefs in the palace while holding traditional Council and Ogbomoso Parapo meeting in the palace.
Re ports have it that miscreants, touts and hoodlums on Sunday forced their way into the palace and disrupted the meeting.

The hoodlums attacked the Soun’s palace in Ogbomoso by throwing stones and other objects into the palace before they forcefully gained entrance into the palace.

According to reports, security operatives with the Minister rescued, the monarch, his wife, chiefs, journalists and others who were at the meeting without firing smudging.
The miscreants who brought in a dead body to the palace demanded that the monarch should come out which is a taboo according to one of the palace assistants.
The Minister who was with only few security operatives ordered his security operatives not to shoot nor bring out their gun as it will only escalate things.
However, the Police Area Commander provided external security who dispersed the hoodlums who has already vandalised, looted the ancient palace and damaged several vehicles with tear gas.
