Semi Ajayi Benched In West Brom Win Over Hull City

Super Eagles defender, Semi Ajayi was an unused substitute in his team 4-2 home win against Hull City in the English Championship match-day 41 encounter at the Hawthorns, BSNSPORTS.COM.NG reports.

Charlie Austin in the 4th minute put the West Bromwich Albion ahead before Hull City midfielder, Kelvin Stewart put the game to level term in the 27th minute. Ahmed Hegazy's strike returned the home side being in front for the second time as the first half ended with a 2-1 win for West Brom.

Kamil Grosicki and Grady Diangana extended West Brom goals to four, though Mallik Wiks had reduced the tally for the visitors in the 48th minute.

The 4-2 win helped West Bromwich Albion continue to mount pressure on the league leaders, Leeds United who have 78 points.
