And when the favourable result comes, he and the fans and the players become happy. Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr saw the Nigeria's senior national team loss to Serbia in an international friendly match against Serbia as a blessing in disguise. According to him, if the Super Eagles won all the friendly games ahead of the world cup, Nigerians will believe that the team is good enough to win the world cup, which is not realistic thus put us under unnecessary pressure. "Though, we did not play well and lost the game to better side, but i see it as a blessing in disguise. " If Super Eagles win all their friendly matches, Nigerians are football loving country and that can make them demand that we should go and win world cup. "It does not work that way, we need to first of all qualify from the group stage, then take other games as they come."
