It was a mixed feelings for Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Simy Nwankwo as his goal counted for little or nothing as his club FC Crotone suffered a heavy 4-1 loss to Sassuolo, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Berradi opened scoring at 19th minutes before the lanky forward leveled up via spot kick at 49th minutes.
Nwankwo was booked in the 61st minutes after fouling a Sassuolo player, looking for his second goal at the Box-Six off their opponents.
Capunto netted brace for Sassuolo in the 58th and 85th minutes before Locatelli completed the rout in the 93rd minutes.
However, former Portimonse CF of Portugal striker was emerged as top scorer in the Serie B last season as he cart 20 goals for Crotone in all competitions.
