  Serie A: Simy Scores Again, As Crotone Suffers Defeat By Sampson Adedeji It was a mixed feeling for Nigeria's Super Eagles striker, Simy Nwankwo as his goal counted for little in the Italia Serie A match involving his team Crotone and Fiorentina, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Nigeria international was the hero last weekend in Crotone 4-1 demolition of Benevento where fired brace in the encounter. Match against Fiorentina was keenly contested as Crotone continue to fight in order to avoid relegation. Host raced to a two goal lead in the 32 minute as Bonaventura and Vlahovic netted for them to put the team in the driving seat as the game progresses. The away was unable to reduce the tally through out the first stanza but came back as the better side in the second half. Their efforts to get something from the game paid off in the 66th minute as Simy halved the deficit with stunning strike. The game ended 2-1 in favour of Fiorentina and Crotone still stay rooted at the bottom of the Serie A table.
