  Series A: Osimhen Fourth Best Paid U21 Player By Emediong Silver According to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport, Victor Osimhen is the joint third highest-paid player in the Italia Serie Awith a salary of 4.5 million euros per year (around N2.39 billion in Nigerian currency). The sport website published the annual salaries of all the players playing in the Italian Serie A this season (2020-2021season). As expected the highest paid footballer in Italy is Cristiano Ronaldo Dos Santos Alfredo who earns approximately seven times more than Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen. At 6 million euros Koulibaly is the highest paid player in Napoli, Insigne joins him with (€4.6m). The likes of Lozano, Mertens and Osimhen pocket €4.5m every year. Oshimen also made it to U21 rankings, with Juventus' defender Matthijs de Ligt on top with a salary of €8m net per year, AC Milan's glovesman Gianluigi Buffon. Donnarumma entered the ratings with €6m, Inter Milan wing-back Achraf Hakimi has €5m,with Osimhen on €4.5m.
