Abdullahi moved to Turkish league from Anorthosis Famagusta in the Cyprus premier league and has since been a regular with the team. Bursaspor 2-1 win over Yeni Malayaspor counted for nothing as Goztepe also defeated Ankaragucu to secure a safety. Bursaspor finished in the 16th position with 37 points in 34 matches. Abdullahi is expected to resume camp with Super Eagles in readiness for the AFCON 2019 competition.
