Shehu Abdullai Back To Full Training With Eagles Return In View Sampson Adedeji Injured Super Eagles defender Shehu Abdullahi is back to full training with his Cyprus club Omonia Nicosia, BSNsports.com.ng can report. Abdullahi missed the ongoing 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon after he sustained an injury while on club duty. Venezia of Italy defender Tyrone Ebuehi took his position in the Super Eagles and played the third group match against Guinea Bissau. The former Kano Pillars player announced his comeback via his social media handle and expressed his happiness over the development. "I'm excited to return to full training. I appreciate your support and prayers. The love I got from the team management, coaching staff and my teammates was overwhelming," he said. With his resumption, he is expected to stage a return to the Super Eagles for the all-important Qatar 2022 playoff game against Black Stars of Ghana.
