SLFA Plans Disbursement Of FIFA Covid-19 Relief Funds

The Sierra Leone Football Association will today have a virtual meeting with all Executive members to discuss and plan on how the FIFA Covid-19 relief funds will be shared, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In a statement signed by the SLFA Media made available to BSN Sports the proposed meeting is to know how much affected football clubs will earn from the fund.

The statement reads; "the Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association will hold a consultative meeting with key football stakeholders in order to discuss plans on the disbursement of the FIFA COVID-19 Relief Fund approved recently.

"The proposed closed door meeting will take place on Wednesday July 22, 2020 at the Home Suite Hotel, Aberdeen, at 9 am.

"SLFA would however like to inform the general public that the said funds are yet to be received."
