Sodje Scores Two Goals in Two Games for Manchester City

It was an amazing opening day for Nigeria-born, Tai Sodje, as he scored a sensational curled from ten yards to give Manchester City a commanding 3-0 lead.

The beautiful goal marked his first official goal for Manchester City's U-18 team. He has gotten his reward for dedication and consistency rising through the ranks and
was rewarded with his competitive debut for Man City U18s which happened while he was still a schoolboy.

He is the nephew of former Nigeria player Sam Sodje who seems to transfer his mental strength to Tai.
He also scored an all-important goal for the Citizens, a crucial equaliser it was, just on
on the stroke of halftime as Manchester City drew away at Everton. Before joining City, he attracted interest from severe big clubs like Manchester United who had watched him play severally, the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal were also up and running in the race.
But he opted to sign for Manchester City who had showed great faith in the young lad.
