Sparta Rotterdam Reward Okoye With 4-Year Deal By Sampson Adedeji The hard work put in last season by Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has finally paid off as Dutch Eredivisie side Sparta Rotterdam rewarded him with new improve deal, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. The Nigeria youngster joined the Dutch club from German side, Fortuna Dusserdolf last summer on year deal with an option of extension. Okoye was the star man last season in the Dutch Eredivisie as Sparta surprisingly finished the season in the 8th position. "Sparta Rotterdam and Maduka Okoye have agreed a contract extension. The 21-year-old goalkeeper signs a new contract for four seasons, as a result of which he is stuck at Het Kasteel until 2025," the club confirmed Okoye who made his Super Eagles bow in an international friendly against Brazil in 2019. He kept 10 clean sheet in 28 matches for Sparta last season.
